These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and member portal operated by Long Beach Work Club (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Memberships & Billing
Membership fees, terms, and renewal terms are set out in your membership agreement. You are responsible for paying all fees on time. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing members will be notified before any change takes effect.
3. SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Long Beach Work Club. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external) such as:
- Appointment and tour reminders
- Booking confirmations and updates
- Account notifications
- Membership and billing alerts
- Mailroom and support ticket updates
- Messaging frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out at any time, text STOP. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving further SMS messages.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Beach Work Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
