What We Do

Long Beach Work Club is a premium coworking space located at 120 E. 3rd Street in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, California. We offer private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, and virtual address memberships — each designed to give individuals and teams a productive, inspiring environment to do their best work.

Beyond desks and offices, we provide fully equipped meeting rooms bookable by the hour, high-speed internet, printing services, a welcoming common area, and a calendar of community events that foster real connections between members.

LB Work Club is operated by the Darvishian Group, a Long Beach–based real estate and hospitality company with deep roots in the Downtown LB community. Led by Pasha Darvishian, our team is committed to creating a workspace experience that is warm, professional, and genuinely community-driven. We handle everything from the space design to member support, so you can focus on what you do best.
